Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for all first-time guests and chemical or time-intensive services. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and loss of the deposit.
